In the endangered reefs full of biodiversity of our planet, we find this rare magnificent species:
The ribbon eel
The Ribbon Eel: A Metaphor for Transformation and Adaptation
The ribbon eel, a protandric species in the Indo-Pacific Ocean, exemplifies remarkable adaptability and transformation. Initially born as black males, these eels undergo a striking metamorphosis, changing into azure blue with a yellow dorsal fin. Upon reaching maturity, they transform into yellow females, characterized by a black anal fin with white margins. This species prefers seclusion, often hiding in reef holes, amidst coral rubble on coastal slopes, or in the sand and mud of lagoons.

“Nature loves variety. Unfortunately, society hates it.” - Prof. Dr. Milton Diamond
Decades after Sigmund Freud proposed his iceberg model, Atenella has made a groundbreaking discovery that materializes Freud's theory of the unconscious within the human body. This discovery represents a significant leap in understanding the human mind, building on Freud's quest to locate the unconscious.
